Important note for US customers: All return packages must contain a package slip given out by us. This is to identify your package when it reaches the warehouse. Please do not send the package back to us if we haven't sent you a package slip through email. 

For EU, UK, AU and NZ customers: Kindly reach out to us before shipping your return package back to us.

RETURNS

To initiate your return, please email us at info@reactiveoutdoor.com
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Customers must bear the cost of shipping returned products.

Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for returned goods

Refunds are not available if the product has been used under any circumstance.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
