This tent worked great on our cross-country road trip last summer. We tented at a KOA in Richmond Hill, Georgia, on our way down south. It was so quick to set up and take down and compact to travel with. Material quality is great, held up in the rain a few nights. Overall happy experience!

I was surprised, it really did only take 3 seconds to pop up. Also quick and easy to put down and pack up. Remember to gently pull the main frame joints to fold up when packing up (not on directions). Really light to carry, it has excellent ventilation. Recommend.
Ben Z.
I have camped three times in my reactive outdoor tent. I love it. It sets up easy and fast. Takedown is easy also. I only had a light rain one night but had no water issues. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend it to other campers.
Andrew N.
The customer service was excellent! One of the tents needed replacement and the company did it with no fuss and very promptly indeed! Went camping with the wife and kiddo, they too loved the tent.
Daisy T.
My friends bought this tent the last time we went camping, it poured the entire night, and their tent stayed dry while mine didn’t! I knew I had to buy it right away. With two people, it’s easy to assemble in 1 minute. Plus, it comes in a sturdy bag for easy storage, big enough to fit the tent without packing it tightly.
Gary K.
It’s super easy to set up. It was a little harder to take down but once I knew how to do it, it was fine. My friend had a “regular” tent and he was jealous of mine!!
Laurie D S.
3 seconds tent: Absolutely!! When I saw the video, I thought, "This is too good to be true". For the first time, I have been proven wrong. When it comes to set up and take down, this is the best tent I have ever used! This was perfect for a quick setup when we camped on a wilderness campsite!
Annette C.
First time camping in many years. We had the tent up and stakes in the ground in about 10 minutes. Very easy. Takedown was also easy. We decided not to wrangle with getting it back in the bag and just left the tent in the back of the car that way, though. The ability to open it up on two sides, with or without the netting, gave us the flexibility we needed. It was a bit tight in the large tent with two people and two dogs. I think next time we may put both the small and large tents up to spread out a bit more.
Angel L.
I love ❤️ the tent ⛺️. Spacious and easy to set up and takedown. I use it when I go Van camping and use it as a spare shelter when I have guests join me.
Guillermo B.
The tent is very good quality and easy to carry on my motorcycle camping trips.
Nancy E.
Took it to the Drive Inn movies to keep the damp weather off, and it does just what it is supposed to do and works just like promised. I and my little ones love it
Rodney S.
It's been great for me when I go to the beach. I fill two bags with sand just in case the wind gets too intense. I have spent many days at the beach since being the owner of this great tent.
Denise P.
This was a present for my daughter to take hiking. She was so pleased that this tent was so quick and easy to set up, and she was able to sit with a cup of coffee within minutes after such a long hike. Very delighted!!!!!
Kylie M.
I bought 2 small and 2 large. I've only put the small one up so far (in the kitchen) to see if it actually does take 3 seconds... It took more like 50 seconds but that's still great lol. Yet to use it outside in the weather...so I hope it can take some wind and rain! Probably could use bigger tents pegs instead... So far it's pretty good!
Vegas D.
I camped in this tent in the white mountains in early fall. The nighttime temperature went down to about 42. I woke up over warm in the middle of the night and checked the temperature and I could not believe how cold it was out. The lining in the tent was super warm I actually needed to zip down the front a little bit to let some air in. It was exactly what I wanted as I only go camping in early spring or late fall or early winter. My dog and I were warm and comfy. Very happy with my purchase
Carol S.
I use it when I go on Endurance Rides with my friends, doesn't take up much room can easily be packed up in my horse trailer.
Lisa H.
My husband, our dog, and I did a three-day hike on the Appalachian Trail. After a strenuous day of hiking, it was such a relief to set up our tent quickly and easily!!! Houston, our dog, was the first one in every night!!
Sherri M.
I absolutely love these tents! It was very easy to set up and takedown, and I had no problem getting them to fit back into their bags! So glad I bought them!
Patty C.
I was really skeptical about the "3 seconds set up", so had a friend over when I did it as a witness - either way. As promised, it went up SO fast (maybe 5 seconds as I didn't know exactly what I was doing), and went down just as easily! I was super impressed that the hype was also the reality! I haven't actually used it yet, but I'm certainly looking forward to it. It's roomy and will have good air flow with the two zip doors on either side. So if you're wondering if this is legit or not - it is legit for sure!! The only thing I wish was that there were pockets on the inside. That's always a really cool feature. So go on - BUY ONE!!! I'm really glad I did!
Isaac G.
Fantastic product. Happy camper here!
Angie L.
Literally writing this from the campground second time using it - but 4th time opening and closing it because it really IS that easy!! POOF! Tent is up - and sturdy! Comes down just as easily compared to other tents **UPDATE** 5th time using it - I had to set up in the wind last night, and it wasn't as big of a struggle as I expected! Super easy like any other time! VERY happy with this tent - it already paid for itself
El W.
We absolutely love our 3 Secs Tent! It was the perfect space for my partner, myself, and our dog. The fact that it’s so easy to put together saved us when a sudden storm started on our off-grid trip over the summer. I would absolutely recommend these tents!
Aidan T.
Fantastic tent, exactly what we wanted, easy to set up and take down.
Elena I.
Easy set up and take down plus was waterproof only thing was the poles/legs kept popping out when windy.
Gary J.
I was told I could buy a three man large tent for $119.00 and get the smaller one for $50 but you charged me full price for both of them very dissatisfied with that would like the difference paid back to me.Sincerely yours Mr. Gary Jones
Marcelo P.
Definitely holds true as a 3 second pop up tent. Quality doesn’t feel as strong as other tents, the stakes provided are like those found in Christmas decoration displays to hold down (but can’t) and the homes in the foot as small so have to be careful if you are going to buy bigger ones. I would get the large tent to be “Camp comfortable” as 1 adult. All in all on a nice day you will be fine. Not sure once it starts raining or windy how it will hold.
Stevie K.
How do you keep the tent from falling down , it does not lock the sides and falls down when you enter. I bought this for my son and his family for a birthday gift. Help me out!
Stephen
Tent was not even close to as advertised. The set up was more akin to one of those pop up folding laundry hampers. No fancy technology here. I reached out to customer service numerous times with no response.
Daniel F.
The tent we purchased broke immediately when opened for the first time. The plastic at the top fell apart at the joint. it could have been damaged in shipping or poor construction.
F R.
Slept in it for 3 nights an what irritated me the most is that its more wet on the inside of the tent than on the outside. Everything I had in that tent including myself got damp, so very horrible tent to be honest
Cathy J.
We had a family contest to see who was fastest starting from the bag to totally up. The fastest was 12 sec. The slowest was 20 sec. Not bad.
Patricia P.
Have not used yet camping but did set up to check it out. Pretty easy to set up and after a few minutes figured out how to take it down.
Edward E.
Setting up and closing down was good.
Rod P.
An absolute piece of shit.
Michael Y.
Get to places in middle of the night and set up in seconds.
Dave C.
I find it very well designed
Camelie B.
Honestly the best tent I own. This is not a hack folks! It is awesome! Only thing tho, is it REALLY waterproof, so you have to let the doors a bit open for air to move around, otherwise you wake up in the morning with lots of humidity in the tent. Could maybe have a little overtop with a net area underneath? Apart from that small thingy, best tent ever!!!
Caswell B.
Seam rain tape came off 2nd time I used it.
Joe P.
The tent was fantastic and easy to set up and take down. I have only 1 complaint and it was for both tents and what caused me to return both. The zippers were suck low quality and the opening and closing of both tents was terrible. My son actually got stuck in his tent and it took us 25 minutes to get him out! I slept in the larger tent and had the same problem at 3am when trying to go to the bathroom. Change the zipper and make the material stronger and i'm all in.
Lisa
Just received this tent. I got the bundle with the 4 person and 2 person tent. I was able to set this tent up alone so easy. Can’t wait to use it on my first camping trip!!! Easy to set up and easy to take down
Nancy E.
Took it to the Drive Inn movies to keep the damp weather off, and it does just what it is supposed to do and works just like promised. I and my little one's love it
Sarah Tiger Lily
I love this tent! It was so easy to put up and take down.
KC
This was easy to install and take down. I also love that it folds up easily and has a bag for storage and easy to carry around. The ventilation is great and the netting keeps the bugs out! Very satisfied with this product.
Steve
Great tent overall. Buy another 10 stakes and a roll of paracord for gusty mountain top use. It's a bit flappy inside at the top under the fly during windy/gusty nights.
Amin
Wow just what I needed, vey nice and easy to assemble in 3 seconds and also very spacious
Monica Benitez
East to assemble and light weight, not sure on the water resistant yet….when it happens I’ll be back to write about it. All in all a good buy!!
Ashley Lehman
Great small tent, didn't realize how short/small it was until we opened it when we went camping. We barley fit our air matress in there. That's all that would fit.
Zepol
Def easy to put up and take down. Less than 5 mins. 4 person….well if there are four people laying down straight with only sleeping bag yes then four people. But for an air mattress for two people…you’re gonna have wall to wall mattress. We like the two door element and door windows on both for good air flow. We def enjoyed the tent.
Zach
I used this tent over 4th of July weekend and it worked great! Takes 5 mins to set up and 5 mins to take down. I left the water resistant rating blank because there was no rain only 97-100 degree weather. The tent held up in light wind and did well on blocking the sun. It was very convenient and quick to use. I used an inflatable queen size air mattress with this tent and still had room for backpacks on the side. I was not able to stand up in the tent but was aware of this at time of purchase. Overall I’m happy with this purchase.
Jessica
The tent is VERY easy to set up. I had just retired a 20 year old pop up tent that I hated to part ways with. This tent can not withstand steady rain. The flaw is that the rain travels through the window screen hooks and drips inside of the tent. We camped for 7 days at 5 different locations and had lots of rain and it dripped on us. I suggest a larger rain fly. This tent is great for two people with no rain. I may need to buy another tent for unpredictable weather situations.
RII
Very easy to setup/pop up. The connecting rods straighten out nicely, and does most of the work itself. Will update once I set it up outdoors and survive a few storms.
Lori and Christopher Richard
I bought this tent to camp out with my 8 year old grandson. He absolutely loves it. I appreciate the vents and windows which has mesh material that keeps bugs out but allows the breeze in. My only issue was initially getting it set up. There were no instructions with the tent on how to set it up but there was written instructions with pictures on how to take it down. I went back to sellers page and found a video to watch on setting up the tent. After watching the video it was smooth sailing. This is a well made tent at a reasonable price.
Sandra Frankart
This tent is easy to set up but it leaked at the window. I am not sure if I just got a bad tent but by the time we found this out it was too late to return. I’m very disappointed. I wish the company would extend the time frame and send me a new one. It is so easy to assemble and that is what I like best about it.
Marcela Alvarez
My friends bought this tent the last time we went camping, it poured the entire night and their tent stayed dry while mine didn’t! I knew I had to buy it right away. With 2 people it’s easy to assemble in 5 minutes, plus it comes it a sturdy bag for easy storage, big enough to fit the tent without needing to pack it tightly.
Mohtashim Khan
Easy setup, compact in car.
Gloria Tiernan
Perfect size and Easy set up! Glad I purchased from Reactive Outdoor! This is a easy one person set up! Everything is as described and shown in the details and images! Great Pricing as well!
Katherine Lester
We needed a new, smaller tent for a festival. (My other one is way to big for the plot). So far, the most I can say, is this is incredibly light weight, and when I set it up in my yard to test it out, it took all of two minutes to set up, which to me is the absolute best part. Also a huge fan of having doors on both sides of the tent for increased air flow.
Russell Vitko
We use it for camping and keeping grandkids out of direct sunlight. There is nothing I don’t like about it and definitely would purchase another one ❤️
chelsea
This is an awesome tent. I have used it in all seasons. It stands up well to heavy rain and very strong winds. My husband, 2 kids and I fit comfortably. There’s a hook to hang your light and a pouch on the side to store small items. And my favorite part is how easy it is to set up. At first I could set it up in 5 mins but I can do it in 1!
george
This is a single skin tent. Goes up in seconds, and down. Spacious inside. I use it as storage and sitting (especially in rainy or buggy places), and sometimes as bathroom tent ( not so obvious as those dedicated toilet tents and more versatile and easier to take down). Yes at 5'9" I can't stand up straight but I can sit in my camp chairs, so getting washed and dressed is easy. It's so quick to go up and down I use it at home too as a screen room. I also like that the carry bag is oversize so tent goes in without a struggle and a few other extras can be tossed in too. I haven't camped in really heavy downpour yet, if I had time I'd probably hang a tarp over but I'd do that for any tent. I liked it's so light if I change my mind on best site I can just pick it up and move it. Tip: when taking down open windows so air is let out.

Ok folks I searched long and far for my tent criteria on this one and it MORE than fit the bill for a week long camping/hiking trip. First off it was the maximum size for the smallest camping sites in Yellowstone. I wanted roomie but lightweight and it was!! It came in a carrying case and fit nicely in the bag to get flown there. Fits two adults and two dogs plus backpacks nicely. The dual entrance was a bonus as we could get in and out without crawling over. Would also be good to take to the beach which we’ll try this summer. The BEST part was the setup!! Click... it’s UP!! Click fold... it’s DOWN!! Whoa! And the extra rain hood is already in place. We still sprayed it just in case but it didn’t end up raining. Was warm enough, had vents for cooling, clips for lights, and seemed sturdy. The seams seem well sewn and the zippers well made so far. Stayed up in some windy conditions. My ONLY qualm is that you can’t quite stand up in it for getting dressed. Otherwise PERFECT! I’ll do an addendum after another couple trips to see how it holds up.

I often camp solo. I had a Coleman tent that held up very well and it wasn’t exactly difficult to assemble, but I always found I was a bit anxious about the process. Pitching a tent solo can be tricky sometimes. This season I’ve planned several camping trips so I wanted to eliminate that anxiety. After doing quite a bit of research, I landed on this tent because it looked so easy to assemble. I just came home from my first camping trip of the season and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was so easy to assemble I even switched campsites after the first night (to escape obnoxious neighbors). I would never have done this with my Coleman tent! It did thunderstorm for a few hours one night of the trip. I was worried about leaks based on other reviews. I am happy to report - no water leaked into the tent. Bottom line - if you want a hassle free tent camping experience, this is the way to go!

This Reactive Outdoor Tent is great! I'm disabled, so I really appreciate the easy and simple way it just "pops" into shape. I had it completely set up within 5 minutes. The fabric is very durable, as is the hardware, and everything is well constructed and of nice quality. I took my 2 teen kids camping, and we all fit in the tent easily with room to spare. We set up a queen-sized air mattress and still had room to put our bags and supplies. We did not feel cramped in like sardines like other tents we have used. We had plenty of room to sleep and move comfortably without restriction. The hook inside tent at the top was perfect to hang our lantern, and the zipped windows provided fresh air and ample circulation. Taking it down was also quite easy, and everything fit back into the storage bag without a struggle. We were very comfortable in this tent and I am so happy that I chose this one. You cannot beat it for the price.
Daisha
This tent was a breeze to assemble and disassemble. It rained one of the nights we were camping and it held up to all the strong winds and did not get wet on the inside. Will highly recommend.
David M.
Overall a good tent, but give it four stars because the zippers stick easily and there should be a pocket on each end of the tent and there is only one small one. It is easy to put up and take down. Rained a lot and tent is very water resistant.
Angie Lebel
literally writing this from the campground second time using it - but 4th time opening and closing it because it really IS that easy!! POOF! tent is up - and sturdy! comes down just as easily comparatively to other tents - fold in squeeze and drop the center - roll it up and squeeze the air out .. fits into the bag again with some extension on the sturdy straps attached - but still. i knew my tent needed to have ventilation and this thing has it!! it IS the fresh air im out here to enjoy after all .. the zippered windows are so wasy to open & close with a flick - all the zippers are slick ..the doors are great since its only a single arch zipper - no hard corners to turn .. ive rarely gotten it stuck - unlike every other tent ive encountered that gets stuck every third pull .. all the screens are well sewn in with tabs to hold the shades rolled up beneath them ..the sizeis perfect for a couple with a doublesize mat and plenty of room to spare for belongings .. its just me tonight and its a small home - spacious! **UPDATE** 5th time using it - had to set up in the wind last night and it wasn't as big of a struggle as i expected! super easy like any other time! VERY happy with this tent - its already paid for itself
Olivia
I thought I was buying a regular tent so when I opened it and it just popped up with barely any work I was immediately glad I purchased this! It’s also water resistant and pretty nice size I definitely recommend!
Scott E. Love
The tent goes up and down quite easily. We like the size and air vents that it has built in. The tent provides good space for 1-3 people. 4 people would make it too crowded.
Kerrie Lang
This pop up tent was a life saver for me! Went camping with a bunch of moms and our 5th grade girls- easiest tent ever!!
LaTonya Ash
This tent has more than enough room for 3-4 people to sit and to lay comfortably. It has great ventilation and bug protection with a view. Love the built in pocket for your cell phone and keys. Very easy to assemble and to take down and to put back into the storage/carrying bag. Very glad I made this purchase. I would recommend others to buy one.
Samantha Reynolds
Smaller than expected, but I loved the quick setup and takedown. Didn't actually try it long enough to know the water resistance.
Jeff Evans
Too cramped with 2 twin cots. But otherwise a decent tent.
Kristina
We use these tents on top our grandma houseboat where it’s really windy they are perfect much larger than we expected my cousin and I got one we love them !
Tyler
Not as sturdy as I'd like. Kind of a pain to put away.
Maureen P Beebe
Quickly delivered and works as described. Very happy with this tent.
Colin Robinson
I wanted a tent that I can setup quickly for one night trips. This tent definitely fits the bill. I've slept in this tent twice now. Two problems I found are 1. You must leave two vents open a small amount at night, otherwise you will have condensation on the inside. And 2, the door zipper cover can easily get stuck in the zipper. The manufacturer can easily fix this issue by making the door zipper cover a little longer. One other note:. You do neew to use the string tear downs with tent to create a downward force to keep the fiber glass legs hinges locked, otherwise they can become unlocked and collapse. Other than the above, this is a great little tent that sets up quickly with plenty of room for two. Also I like that the ground sheet is more than just a sewed in tarp, it is made out of a decent light weight material. No need for an early retirement of this tent.
Mandi Shilig
Used this for a beach camping trip & it rained, the tent did great!
Ty hadji
Bag zipper broke on first use zippers are not the greatest so be aware of that
Dallas A. Babineaux
Easiest tent I ever set up! First night we used it we got blasted with 45mph winds for over 7 hours. (Not the most thrilling event...) The tent was partially blown down several times despite being lashed at all points. I did not expect it to hold up to that wind and was surprised it did so well. I was able to quickly fix it during the storm. The tent suffered no damage. We used it again a week later. I would certainly purchase again. The zippers are a bit on the small side, but the ventilation is superb!
Leeroy Jenkins
Had an issue with the first one, and left a review. They reached out to me and replaced the tent. Review is updated to reflect the customer service
Edwin
Really good tent And very easy to assemble, but is more for two people than 4
Bryant Guzman
Didn't know what to expect. Wow was thus way easier and BIGGER than I thought. Already used it camping and at the beach. It's just so easy to put together. No more messing with annoying poles lol. Well there are poles here too.. just muuucchh easier to put up and down. May be buying second soon.
Lloyd Faloon
Tent is very easy and quick to setup. Less then a minute i had it up and less then a minute I had it down and packed away.
Jeffrey Solie
Easiest tent I have ever put up and taken down!!
FirsttimeMom
Easy set up for this single mom with a toddler. I can do it all by myself in a few minutes. Great size, plenty of space for our air mattress. I wanted a tent with room to grow and this one gives us plenty of space. I haven't had to test it against the elements yet, but it seems well made and sturdy.
KJP
This tent is very easy to erect. 3 min total, 1 person setup...for it to take shape. Staking it out takes more time and is always variable because my camping area was mostly rock. Had it been soil or sand...different story and much faster. The good: Doorway and windows all have zippers that function well. Very spacious inside for 1 or 2 or even 3 people. Of course more people, more crowded. Packed away easily in the carrying case it came in. No issue with the 'factory fold syndrome' where things come out of a box that you can't get them back into. I didn't even carefully fold it up and it still fit in its case. Comes with 8 tent pegs. Guy ropes work well and have sturdy sliders. It rained a bit and no leak. Gusting winds 15mph and up did not bring it down or damage it. The bad: it is definitely NOT a 4season tent. Inside temp will be similar to outside temp. Included rain fly only covers the peak. Windows will leak if they are open when it is raining so a larger rain fly is needed to allow for ventilation during rain and to keep the sun off or cold at bay. At 7 lbs and about 31 inches long when folded, it's not a backpacking tent. I used it for motorcycle camping..So if you buy a large rainfly to go with it, this should do well even in bad rain or colder temps. I used it at 58 degrees and it was chilly inside.
Glenn Murray
Easy to assemble and disassemble. Survived a windstorm. Great product, especially for the price.
Thomas Daniels
I just used this tent for the first time yesterday. The zippers on the door stuck to the lining on the first use and could not be dislodged making the foot inoperable. I cannot find where to contact this seller. I am seeking a replacement. It was only used one time. This was a Christmas present.
Beth
I have camped 3 times in my reactive outdoor tent. I love it. It sets up easy and fast. Take down is easy also. I only had a light rain one night but had no water issues. I’m very pleased and would definitely recommend to new campers.
Yo Soy Yo
Great value for your money overall. Haven't used in heavy rain but with some light rain and wind I had no issues, super easy to assemble and something i was no able to do with previous tents is that it will fit back in the bag as it was when new. Dont have to worry about the way i fold it. Folds one way and fits back in. Size is very good. Was able to feet queen size mattress inside. No space on the sides for anything else but maybe a couple shoes but it fit with no issues.
Jose
Love how it’s light weight, easy to assemble after you get the hang of it. Overall a very nice well worth your money family tent !! NOT disappointed at all !! So excited for this weekend to use it !!
Tina Leese
My first experience with this tent was not a success as it would not stay up. Fortunately the Reactive Outdoor Company rectified my issue by sending me a new tent. This was a complete success and I love my new tent. Thank you Reactive Outdoor for your excellent customer service.
William Lane
We were surprised how easy this was to set up. We thought pop-up tents were a gimmick, but turns out they really work. Highly recommend this over a standard tent.
Alex Bryant
Bought this tent looking for a cheap waterproof tent and this was definitely what we needed. It leaked a tiny bit from the top in the morning but it was really only a tiny bit of condensation left from the thunderstorm the night before. Keyword: Thunderstorm. It kept us dry even in the harsh winds, sideways rain, and top down pour. If you're wanting something that would be super easy for more than 2 people to use the small probably isn't the best pick. If you're looking for something that will feel like home just while camping this is not it. This is the tent that will keep you and your other camper dry while you sleep. The setup was a little odd but if you pay attention to the instructions it's up in 10 seconds and down in less than. Good ventilation for when the humidity rose a bit and we slept.
Kyla
I can't believe how easy this tent to assemble!! It took us literally 10 sec to put it together ! Quality is good and reasonable for its price! Perfect size in our car! My kids love it!
Warren
item as expected. nice material. only it took a little while to figure it out on how to let sa umbrella spring pop out
ben
poured rain first night of use, not a drop of water inside from anywhere. very pleased all around.
Katie Gibson
For a first time lone camper without the help of my dad and brothers I had a super easy time getting this tent set up! And it was very affordable as well as comfortable.
Melissa C.
My parents bought me this tent for Christmas but I haven’t had a chance to use it until my trip to Zion this weekend. I was really nervous about how it’d hold up against the 26 mph wind (since it feels pretty flimsy) but was SO impressed with how sturdy it was. The setup was easy to do alone and so was the take down, I can’t wait to take it out again I didn’t get to see how well it held up against water since we left right before the rain.
Derek Jensen
This thing is awesome! As a kid I always wanted one of those frisbee pop-up tents but my mom always said they would flop (pun intended). So instead I got this bad boy and it is awesome and super quick to set up and take down. No complaints from me.
